As Tuled Elektronik Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), we use cookies and similar tracking technologies during your visits to our corporate website tuled.com.tr in order to improve your user experience, optimise our services and ensure your security.
This Cookie Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the Guidelines on Cookie Practices published by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board and the related secondary legislation, in order to explain the types of cookies used on our website, the purposes and legal grounds for processing, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.
1. What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit save on your computer, tablet or smartphone through your browser. Cookies perform functions such as remembering your language preference, maintaining the technical security of our website and forms, analysing usage statistics and showing you promotions that match your interests. Your browser’s local storage is also used for similar purposes, and the explanations in this Policy apply to such records as well.
2. Types of Cookies, Purposes and Legal Grounds
The cookies used on our website fall into three main categories according to their function and purpose:
a) Strictly Necessary and Security Cookies
- Purpose: Running the core functions of our website (remembering your language selection, using contact and application forms), ensuring form security, blocking bots and malicious traffic, and storing your cookie preferences.
- Providers: WordPress (website platform), Polylang (language management), Google reCAPTCHA (form security).
- Legal Ground: KVKK Art. 5/2-f (“processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”). Explicit consent is not required for these cookies.
b) Performance and Analytics Cookies
- Purpose: Improving the performance and interface of the website by measuring, in anonymised/statistical form, how visitors move between pages, how long they stay on the site, error pages and general traffic trends.
- Providers: Google Analytics (Google LLC).
- Legal Ground: Explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5/1. Activated only if you give permission in the cookie consent notice.
c) Marketing and Targeting Cookies
- Purpose: Showing products and advertisements that match your interests, running retargeting activities, measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and recording the source (search engine, advertisement, social media, etc.) through which you reached our website.
- Providers: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Facebook, Instagram), WooCommerce visit source tracking.
- Additional Data Shared: If you consent to Marketing cookies, Meta Pixel may transmit the email address, first and last name, phone number, city and postal code you enter in forms or order steps on our website to Meta Platforms in encrypted (hashed) form. This information is used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to match ads with the relevant Meta accounts. If you do not consent, this information is not transmitted to Meta.
- Legal Ground: Explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5/1. Used only with your consent.

4. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
If you consent to Analytics and Marketing cookies, your browsing data, IP address (in shortened/masked form) and device identifiers collected through these cookies, and, if you consent to Marketing cookies, the encrypted (hashed) contact information transmitted via Meta Pixel, are transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK, as the global servers of Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are located outside Türkiye. You can prevent such transfers by not consenting to categories other than strictly necessary cookies.
In addition, as the servers of the Google reCAPTCHA service used for form security are located outside Türkiye, the IP address and device/browser information processed within this service may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
5. Managing and Deleting Cookies
You can set your preferences for all cookies other than strictly necessary cookies through the Cookie Management Panel shown on your first visit, and you can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the menu.
You can also delete, block or restrict cookies at any time through your browser settings:

Please note that if you fully disable strictly necessary cookies in your browser, your language preference may not be remembered and the contact/application forms on our website may not work.
6. Your Rights as a Data Subject and How to Apply
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred; and to request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate.
You can submit your requests, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:
- by delivering a signed written application to our company address in person or through a notary public,
- by sending an e-mail to info@tuled.com.tr from the e-mail address you previously provided to us and that is registered in our system,
- by sending a Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) message to our KEP address tuledelektronik@hs03.kep.tr.
Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature.
